Undertook annual Due Diligence relating to all sub-contracted training provision within the college, developing all contract documentation including initial contracts and contract variations to ensure compliance with college policies/funding rules as well as ensuring we met the requirements of local employers and our learners. Also responsible for day-to-day performance management of all sub-contractors to ensure that they met the requirements of the contract deliverables and outputs (KPI's). Responsible for the day to day running of a busy management consultancy, including strategy marketing & business development, financial control, management accounts, payroll, supplier invoicing and general office management.

I was responsible for undertaking detailed project and business analysis, leading on Continuous Improvement, Internal Quality Control and the development of new operational processes, systems and documentation for all contracts under management.Working very closely with clients and sub-contractors to ensure at all scheme documentation, output capturing, reporting and evidencing were fit for purpose and that all sub-contractor invoices were processed and defrayed on time.

I was responsible for the preparation of PQQ and tender documents, working closely with all internal departments including H&S, Technical, HR and Commercial. Joined just as the business was going through a re-branding exercise taking the company from a small, family-owned business to a multi-billion dollar organisation. I worked closely with the CEO to ensure clients were informed of the changes and were reasssured that high levels of quality would remain during the re-branding phase.
