I manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for a number of Grey Matter's leading vendors and the promotion of the Grey Matter brand. Some of the key vendors I have run campaigns with include Embarcadero, Acronis, ESET, Intel, Veeam, and Adobe. I also run many of the customer insight and market research activities to help Grey Matter get a better understanding of the industry and market and to gain feedback from customers to help us know what is working well and what needs to be improved.

I have been recognised for my hard work with a market research project as well as the management of multiple vendors and their campaigns.

In this role, I am one of the tactical marketers within the company - running day-to-day campaigns.Marketing activities I run or am involved in include social media, e-newsletters, marketing plans and budgets, event and webinar organisation, advertisement concepts, email marketing, blog writing, community engagement. Additionally, I liaise with Vendors to organise visits, training and sales incentives. So far I have learnt how to use a range of marketing software and tools such as Intelliclick, Hootsuite, Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Googe AdWords, Microsoft Teams, Snagit, Camtasia, Premier Rush, ClickDimensions, Spotler.Within the first six months, I was promoted from Assistant to Executive.Some of the vendors I have run campaigns with include: Microsoft, Intel Software, Embarcadero, Corel, Parallels, Barracuda, Acronis, Condusiv, Adobe, Veeam, Awingu, Kaspersky, DocuSign, JetBrains, and VirtualSignature.I have also been involved in other activities at Grey Matter, including being a member of the Christmas Party team, helping to organise the party (venue, entertainment, managing attendees), as well as joining the new Green team to help the company to become more environmentally aware/responsible and sustainable.

In this role, I help to oversee the marketing, publicity and fundraising activities. Part of this involves thinking of ways to publicise the radio more to patients, staff and the local community, applying for community grants and finding ways to fundraise for the charity.Achievements include: successfully receiving 3 of the grants that I applied for and raising the station’s social media profile.

As one of the Trustees, I help make important decisions about the running of the charity, as well as create some of the policies.I take the minutes of the bi-annual meetings and share key updates with the members via email. Since lockdown, I have set up virtual leadership and membership meetings.

To help spread brand awareness of the family business, Devonshire Windows, I voluntarily started a Twitter profile for the business, and regularly update with pictures, information about the company and its products, as well as posting links to the DW website and Facebook page. I interacted with the followers to keep the brand fresh in people's mind and to create a professional but friendly image. One of the ways I did this is to take part in some of the # business networking schemes such as #DevonHour #TorbayHour #TradesHour and so on - all of which help businesses network - retweeting our posts and encouraging people to follow our accounts.I succeeded in getting lots of followers, as well as engagement; I tried to vary content, research ways various to engage, and to keep up to date with the company's news, events and products.I also set up a Pinterest account - to encourage people to look at and pin pictures and links to the company, its products, and website. Plus created albums pinning creative and crazy windows and doors from across the world.

I took prospective students on tours of the university, and told them about the university, my course, and student life. The Job role also included working the open day registration desk, mingling, setting and tidying up. Part of the role included going into colleges and secondary schools to promote the University and to give general advice about student life and University. I also rang up applicants and encourage them/check to see whether they would attend the university's applicant days.It is a job I thoroughly enjoyed as I found it fun and important, as I could help sway a person's decision to come to my university, which is a big decision, and I got the chance to network and build my confidence.

I trained to be a Green Auditor through a scheme by NUS and Green Impact.The role involved chatting to employees about their sustainability efforts in the workplace, checking evidence of it, and informing them of how to improve in order to achieve the Bronze, Silver or Gold Green Impact Award.I audited a team within Gloucester County Council.Through this role I gained skills in understanding the various aspects sustainability; communication - by calmly and clearly clarifying the teams successful efforts and areas that need improvement; I have expanded my skills of analysis and evaluation to include sustainability and workplace.Sustainability is a really important issue that I feel more people need to be made aware of and be proactive about.This was a volunteer position.

Devonshire WIndows is a window company run by my family, and so when home from University I helped them out every so often when the office was short-staffed.My roles include: sorting out invoices, answering the phone, making drinks, scanning, emailing colleagues to pass phone messages on, putting stamps on letters, photocopying, filing.

I was a summer temp where my duties included working on tills, in the fitting rooms, and tidying stock.I got this job to gain work experience in retail, and as a way to help fund my postgraduate studies in September.I gained skills in customer service - being kind, calm; using my initiative, as well as tidy, friendly, happy and helpful.

Purpose:To expand and promote the content of Greener Gloucestershire - researching and writing articles for greenergloucestershire.co.uk, looking for ways to promote the website through social media, as well as sourcing appropriate external content.Specific Duties:To research and write articles on sustainable businesses/events/campaigns in Gloucestershire to feature on the website.To source appropriate content from external businesses and the local community to feature on the website.To promote the website through social media, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, in a coherent and regular campaign.To cultivate followers for the Greener Gloucestershire Twitter and Facebook page.This 80 hour internship was unpaid, but very useful as it expanded my interest into social media marketing as I found it interesting and a powerful and creative tool for marketers to use.

I completed five days work experience here, developing my skills in marketing, production and events.I distributed leaflets, posters, invites.I helped to set up and organise the pre-drink event, to the main cinema event Dartington were holding.In addition I sorted the guest list for the event.

I have written blogs about student life for the Student Hub website created by Endsleigh Insurance.I have gained written communication experience through listening to my editors, improving my articles by making sure they articulately give advice to students, which they can understand and learn from.This role has enhanced my interest in blogging, by making me want to pursue it as a part of my career, which is handy as I am mainly interested in marketing and film journalism, and blogging fits well into both areas.

I completed 3 days work experience at this video production company.I was a marketing assistant, and for this role I researched Vine and Instagram, and researched magazines and websites that the company could advertise their two latest videos on; I even managed to get one of the places to retweet the video I sent to them.I learnt that you really have to dig as deep as you can, and look in as many avenues as possible when trying to advertise/market a product. I had to think creatively and logically about who would be interested in the product/business OCP were advertising for. For instance, when looking at a particular website suited to the product, I would look for other similar links on their website to other businesses who might want to advertise as well.

My roles included washing up, cleaning the kitchen, making teas, taking the food out to the customers, sorting out the rubbish and recycling, clearing tables, running out to get milk.
