This position was a generalist position. During my time at Noble Drilling I was involved in collective agreement interpretation, payroll administration, employee relations, staffing and support to on and off shore management. It was a very rewarding position that aided in the development of many of the skills that I now posses such as time management, communication skills and problem solving.
