Developed estimates and executed pre-construction support tasks to deliver the most favorable outcome for projects of varying sizes and complexities. Responsible for reading and understanding construction plans and specifications. Proficient in ESTmep CAD software and advanced spreadsheets. Worked closely with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

Was responsible for client service and daily correspondence, facilitation support, preparation of client presentations, daily schedule support, client lists and administration. Provided project support as requested, maintained supply inventory and order according to supply levels.

Initiated and maintained relationships with key stakeholder sources for the purpose of collecting information and updating commercial construction projects. Worked with outside general contractors, architects, engineers, developers and construction managers to create public project reports in pre-design, design, bid and post-bid stages of construction. As a member of the Community Outreach Team, I helped organize and carry out multiple volunteer opportunities a month. Was also a member of the Community Newsletter Team where I wrote articles for the monthly internal newsletter on various topics within the company. Was a member of the Leadership Development Program which gave team members the opportunity to participate in a sponsored project that researched, outlined, and solved a problem within the company. Following the completion of the project, the team presented their solution in front of the Executive Board.
