Our role went far beyond creating great experiences, we ultimately helped businesses grow through lead generation, product launches and events that build loyalty and engagement. Three years ago, I joined my parents and siblings at EURO ABRASIVES Sydney Hardware & Building Supplies, a family business established 35 years servicing the Tiling, Stone and Building industries. We help our clients produce beautiful, stylish, functional residential and commercial projects and builds.Today with wisdom gained through experience alone, I am confident in saying that the secret to growth in any business is the consistent cultivating and polishing of the front end and back end of the business. When you invest in perfecting a swift and smooth customer experience at the front end and then support that with exceptional systems and processes at the back end, long term business success is inevitable.With a natural tendency to approach everything with an affirmative and very organised and methodical way, I have developed my own proven systems to help make businesses more efficient, productive, rewarding and profitable. Whether it is in my own business, the family business, for my clients or for those I consult with, I am dedicated to helping business owners create the strategy, perfect the customer journey experience, develop the systems and implement the processes that ultimately lead to success. I watched my Father, an immigrant with no business experience, grow a hardware and building supplies empire because he was willing to try new things and give everything a go; sometimes we just need direction on what those new things might be and that is the part that excites me most!
