Alongside my role at Cogent Law I was a senior member of the team of a firm which began taking instructions in May 2016. I had the additional responsibility of overseeing the work of our Trainee Solicitor, and I regularly provided support to other members of the team. In particular members of the Conveyancing department who were assisting in the Wills & Probate team. I worked closely with the Senior Partner, Head of Operations and other senior fee earners in both a proactive and reactive way to help prepare the new best practice and policies for the firm, whilst trouble shooting any matters arising.

Specialising in Will drafting and Estate Administration.On a daily basis I dealt with simple estates that involve a handful of assets that pass to a spouse right up to complex multi million pound estates, including those with assets abroad. I undertake much of my own advocacy and cover colleagues hearings on short notice. I also attend community based drop in clinics for all aspects of my legal training.
