I currently teach Foundations of Practice, Transactions & Settlements, Contracts, Civil Dispute Resolution, Deals & Disputes, and Lawyer as Business Owner at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.My legal practice is in the areas of business law, employment law, and general civil litigation. I have assisted clients in transactional matters and at all stages of litigation with matters regarding business formation, management and governance, employment policies and agreements, breach of contract and discrimination, wage and hour, and other wrongful termination claims.In addition to practicing law, my professional experience includes business development, marketing strategy, and corporate communications for small to medium-sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies. In these roles, I was responsible for setting business growth strategies, implementing corporate branding and communication initiatives, and negotiating a wide variety of partnership agreements.I am admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and am a member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Minnesota State Bar Association, My strengths include a sharp attention-to-detail, the ability to analyze and synthesize information and tie it back to big picture objectives, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a powerful work ethic. I am results-oriented and have a passion for providing superior client service.
