With extensive experience in leading operations teams to deliver business improvements and greater efficiencies as part of wider organisational change programs, I have held varied Managerial roles within Financial Services and Utility businesses.As Registrations Operations Manager with TRUenergy I managed a back office of 165 staff providing a range of customer services through a period of deregulation which required the introduction of new processes to provide a greater degree of governance.As Retail Project Manager with TRUenergy, I joined an internal team to lead continuous process improvements which ultimately led to the outsourcing of back office operations to IBM, and I subsequently joined IBM as the Project Manager on the TRUenergy Client Account in 2007.The Project Management roles with IBM have combined a strong customer service orientation with my ability, as a Learning Content and Training Manager, to enable offshore staff to provide a quality service delivery for clients. The ability to manage 30 different projects concurrently and my passion for providing positive collaboration with stakeholders and leadership of teams have resulted in excellent outcomes for on-going partnerships.
