I have been with Spring Technology since 2006, and since was recruited to a Senior Recruitment Consultant mid 2008. I work within the new business team to ensure that the new business that I bring on board is serviced fully, and has dedicated resources required for the accounts at all times. I also work heavily sourcing candidates for positions, and work very closely with finance, consultancy, legal and insurance industries.Our team consists of 6 dedicated new business consultants, and we cover all IT skills across all industries. We have the support of a vertical team who specialise in individual market IT skills, and are ready at hand should we require there expertise.

Responsible for up to 28 employees who are working on marketing material for clients such as Cosmopolitan magazine, She Magazine, HSBC, BSKYB, Corgi. Setting up new users on the marketing systems, filling in timesheets, line management escalation issues - sickness and absence. Team motivation. Weekly reporting to the Marketing Manager with project updates, and status reports.
