She has 10 years of progressive executive experience in tech, manufacturing, financial services and public sector industries in Canada and the US. Her career experience has spanned strategic planning, change management, continuous improvement, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent management, workers compensation, safety and total rewards. Leanne drives accountability, engagement and understanding with cross functional teams to achieve deliverables. Leanne has co-authored 3 articles on Onboarding for the American Society for Training and Development, and spoken at several HR conferences including the Conference Board of Canada, HR West Conference 2014 – The Next Generation of HR. Leanne is an active member of the BC HR community and have served on the conference committee and as a mentor. Leanne is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Masters of Business Administration. For fun, Leanne enjoys the outdoors taking advantage of all that BC has to offer.
