Responsible for advancing energy efficiency and demand side management programs in the regulated utility framework and create new customer programs that will optimize the grid to support new and emerging policies (I.e zero emission vehicles, building codes, net zero electrical grid, etc). Leading program design, management and implementation of new customer programs to optimize the grid and minimize costs to customers (I.e. Electric Vehicle Smart Charging Pilot program)

- Position AltaLink as the transmission company of choice for customers and the preferred transmission provider for electricity in Alberta- Continue to advance key customer accounts in addition to supporting and resolving customer concerns through the AESO connection process.- Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.- Develop key account plans to meet strategic initiatives. - Advocate for the customer with delivery teams from operations and projects organizations to resolve customer concerns in support of AltaLink’s business objectives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.- Recipient of the 2022 President's Award of Excellence- Chaired the Canadian Electricity Association's Key Accounts Working Group (2020- 2021). Member since 2020.

Built strong relationships with AltaLink’s key customers, executed on the existing customer program, and became an engaged and influential member of the Customer Service team working with AltaLink’s operational teams.

Managed the public consultation programs for mid-size to billion-dollar development projects leading teams of junior staff members and consultants.

Managed a variety of projects for various developments, such as pipelines, well programs, sour gas plants and a coal mine expansion. Responsible for training consultants and conducting open houses to ensure regulatory compliance with facility applications to the Alberta Utilities Commission, Alberta Energy Regulator and National Energy Board.

- Responsible for researching, writing, editing and layout for bi-monthly internal newsletter distributed to more than 1,500 employees - Contributed to the creative development and execution of marketing activities such as advertisements, brochures and project experience handouts- Assisted with the research, design and implementation of company intranet and regularly used intranet for communications announcements and events- Organized client events for up to 500 people and employee events for up to 800 employees while remaining within budget
