As an HR Partner to the technology industry for over 17 years, I help leaders foster exceptional employee experiences.Drawing on my background in business psychology, leadership assessment and development, coaching and HR, I’m passionate about shaping inclusive work cultures that value people for who they are, so they can thrive in work and in life.Because I believe that when leaders truly know themselves and those they lead, they can inspire, guide and challenge their teams to be confident by being themselves, taking risks, and innovating every day – which contributes to the success of the entire organisation.It’s something I’m most proud of when I look back on my career so far. Leading the HR function at hipages from start-up, I partnered with the founders to shape a culture that won awards for being a Great Place to Work.And it’s always rewarding to help create the ‘aha’ moments in startup, consulting and corporate environments.Outside of work, you'll find me hanging out with my two young boys digging in the sand, creating construction sites, reading countless books and building lego! My child free happy place is in the ocean - swimming and checking out the local sea life, which always brings on a renewed sense of calm and feeling alive.
