Reporting to the Head of Programme Management, I assisted in setting up a Global PMO which included establishing regular formal project reporting to increase visibility of key project status, costs, risks and issues. I worked as part of a PMO team to establish common process and methodology for improvement in project delivery capability. A key achievement in this role was supporting the Operational Executive Committee by developing associated operational processes to allow them to make key informed decisions on the project portfolio, to ensure alignment with the Firm’s Strategy.I also provided project support which involved assisting in project planning, tracking and updating as well as risk and issue management and writing regular project status reports.
