I am the founder of Devon Cove Produce. We create award-winning Cove Vodka and liqueurs using King Edward potatoes, lovingly grown on our family farm overlooking Hope Cove, Devon. We have been growing quality Devon potatoes in the Atlantic sea air for over 50 years and we love them! After many discussions around the dinner table about the different ways you can cook and enjoy potatoes we decided to take things a step further and make potato vodka.We found that using the finest Devon potatoes and Devon spring water combined with small batch traditional copper pot distillation creates a distinctly smooth and delicious vodka that captures the essence of our county. Who doesn’t love the sea and fresh home-grown food?Prior to launching Devon Cove Produce I was a senior marketing professional and manager with over 15 years B2B and consumer marketing and communications experience. I led and developed diverse teams to deliver market leading strategies and brands. My approach to success is to be proactive, engage others and focus on delivering results.
