Earth Fare presented an amazing opportunity to have a huge, direct impact on a smaller, rapidly growing business. It was here that I was able to lead groups of store teams in a very challenging market. The division had numerous challenges; including vacancies, cultural challenges and many new locations and required high impact leadership to stabilize and improve the Division. It was here that I built a Division based on the skills I had developed previously on understanding people. I took stores and leaders and spent time doing what I love; training and developing them to be HIGH IMPACT, in turn having my leaders do the same for their teams creating THRIVING work COMMUNITIES. It is this sense of community that I feel best represents my leadership style. People thrive in community and this is necessary to have productive work cultures and reduce retention which is costly in any business.Despite the shorter time period at Earth Fare, my impact was both wide and deep and I am excited to share more of what I learnt here with my current and future clients.

ALDI taught me so much about leadership from a young age. Joining straight out of college and managing multi-millions of dollars and ultimately over a billion dollars of the business aged 23 with little experience, taught me everything I needed to know about both mindset and people. It was here that I learnt the secret to running a successful business is all about understanding people. I focused on understanding how to create HIGH IMPACT leaders and in turn create THRIVING work COMMUNITIES and this was my secret sauce to my quick progression with the business. It was at ALDI that I was given the opportunity to go global with my skills and impact on multiple countries in the process. I gained knowledge and experience in both the Operations side of the business, ultimately going onto the Corporate Buying side to help run their $1.3bn Produce business. Here, I had the opportunity not just to impact the business internally but also externally visiting suppliers worldwide and continuing my own personal mission of creating impact on everyone and everywhere I go.I became an expert in leadership, change management and time management as a result of my time in this large, efficient and rapidly growing business and these are some of the topics that I cover in my leadership workshops and seminars, as well as with my coaching clients.
