As a leader with over 20 years of experience, I’ve held many different positions at a wide range of organizations. I’ve spent my career leading teams, helping organizations set and achieve strategic priorities, and coaching individuals to identify and reach their goals. The throughline has been equitable access to opportunity, and I firmly believe that education is key – creating quality, affordable accessible pathways to opportunity will help boost social mobility that can break intergenerational cycles of poverty that keep individuals and communities from being able to reach their full potential.I enjoy solving problems and have a solutions-oriented mindset. I excel when transforming creative ideas into meaningful and tangible outcomes; collaborating to design innovative solutions to complex social problems; building genuine relationships to connect people and ideas; and developing transparent, growth-oriented team cultures.I believe that in order to truly innovate and ignite movement, we need to build bridging networks rather than bonding networks that reinforce homogeneity. Connect … and let’s talk!
