Okanagan Health & Wellness Magazine will be a high quality quarterly magazine that will feature articles from local businesses and individuals involved in the health and wellness industry.

The magazine was developed from a quarterly newsletter in 1996. I was responsible for handling over 150 advertising clients, designing ads, layout of the magazine to final PDF for press. Worked closely with the editor to finalize editorial content. Scheduled magazine printing and mailing deadlines. 5500 copies printed quarterly ranging from a page count of 32 - 84 pages. Due to the economy the magazine was discontinued in 2010.

Organized board meetings, member meetings, recorded and distributed meeting minutes. Worked on numerous committees. Created and maintained database. Responsible for creating brochures, newsletters and website design and updates.Event Planning: Responsible for registration needs of up to 1200 delegates attending the ILA Annual Convention and Trade Show. Duties included committee organization, meeting planning, registration package design/distribution, hotel reservations, ticket sales, display sales, floor plan design/layout, website updates. Also responsible for registration and organization of annual association golf tournament fund raiser.
