-Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media-Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation-Competitive Analysis-Create and execute lead generation programs-Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency-Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines-Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team.

-Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, andbudgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy,and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgetingapproaches used by the sales organization. Ensures planning,forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated withother planning processes employed within the firm.-Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to theSenior Vice President Sales, in implementing sales organizationobjectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals.-Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuringthe firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all saleschannels and resources through the quota program.-Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organizationobjectives.-Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities forsales process improvement. Facilitates successful implementationof new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a welldefined,efficient sales process is in place for launch. Fosters anorganization of continuous process improvement.-Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of salesorganization productivity.-Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided tothe sales organization. Develops new reporting tools as needed.Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to leadefficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.-Working closely with sales leadership and Human Resources,establishes a sales force training plan focused on developing andreinforcing critical sales competencies. -Directs and supports the consistent implementation of companyinitiatives.
