About Leanne Rudd

An expert in all facets of finance, I am driven to help people grow their agricultural enterprises, ensuring that their structure is designed for success. I enjoy working with clients as an integral part of their business journey - long term, a trusted partner, bringing your passions and goals to life. With over 30 years experience working in the Wide Bay, Burnett region, I innately understand the issues clients face in agriculture having grown up on the land and also running my own grazing farming operation. Working over the long term, I love to grow businesses to achieve their net worth potential.I look after a broad range of clients from horticulture to grazing, farming contractors and agribusiness organisations. Ensuring clients understand and feel comfortable at every step of the way is very important to me. Succession planning is an area where this particularly comes together, it can be a tough and emotional time. Having experienced this process personally, I bring a unique level of empathy and understanding to the change process and the planning around exiting a business. I have a passion to help people write their financial story from whatever stage they are currently at. I am not afraid to ask the hard questions and challenge current thinking in a non-judgemental way to bring about change, whilst supporting clients at every step. It’s these skills and a natural curiosity for what is possible that also I bring to my board roles. Bringing together my long term passion for agriculture and my business experience, I am focused on the future of the agriculture industry, improving outcomes, efficiencies and helping organisations work collaboratively to be the best they can be.
