I've helped leaders face the demands of fast-paced growth while continuing to innovate as they learn to live in a more holistic and integrated way. I served as the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer in the Colorado National Guard and work hard to apply the best leadership lessons from my 21+ years of military service.
