10 Years as a Client Manager, Principal Adviser and Head of Chargeable operations at A4G LLP. In this role I specialised in owner managed businesses and was responsible for all of their financial requirements from statutory accounts and tax returns to complex tax planning. My roles was forward thinking and innovative with a real passion for helping businesses realise their goals. Having qualified with ACCA in 2008 I joined A4G at the beginning of 2009 and worked in the team for just under 10 years omanaging a wide ranging portfolio of clients. My approach was procative and working closely with (mostly) family businesses to improve their financial processes and data. In my role as Head of Chargeable operations I was responsible for overseeing the work of a team of 18 client managers, setting targets, reviewing performance and guiding the team. This was a challenging but rewarding position and expanded my management skills.
