Online, one-to-one English tutoring of K-12 international students, providing English instruction and conversational practice following supplied curriculum.

Writing fictional stories for Hong Kong ESL book publisher following supplied topic and character roadmap. Grade level 3 through adult.

Taught English language skills to Elementary School children in China via VIPKID proprietary E-learning platform, and following the U.S. Common Core based lessons provided

Developed original computer science/technology Middle School curriculum to align with Massachusetts frameworks in technology, and consisting of beginning to intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Aligned instruction to enhance the academic curriculum with 65% of lessons extending classroom instruction. Extended curriculum to include enhanced topics such as graphic design, touch-typing instruction, and beginning computer science concepts of basic coding/programming.

Developed original computer technology scaffolding instruction at both P.W. Sugg Middle School (a one-to-one laptop initiative school under Maine’s MLTI program) and Lisbon High School. Determined Middle School level Technology Exploratory classes each trimester consisting of instruction in basic techniques of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software using Microsoft Office, along with exploration of emerging web 2.0 technologies to supplement and extend academic experiences. Designed High School offerings to build upon previous knowledge experiences from Middle School and provide more in-depth instruction in the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as provide extension courses to apply to personal interests and future job demand: Web Design, Graphic Design, and video game creation.

Created and implemented graduated technology instruction in accordance with current Massachusetts Technology Literacy Standards and student population needs analysis. Planned and purchased for the technology program, developed and maintained new online technology resource library for staff and students, and assisted teachers in professional development training and activities.

Researched best practices in the industry and developed and implemented dual leveled digital film instruction curriculum. Also individually created and disseminated school related videos as requested by the superintendent, district principals, and other teachers.

Coordinated integration of purposeful, research and exhibition, project centered use of technology into the existing curriculum, redesigned school web site to reflect technology integration, collaborated with the Library Media Specialist in regard to web and instructional content, supported teachers and staff in technological implementations, and troubleshooting mechanical issues for repair.

Infused technology usage into the classroom by assisting classroom teachers in lesson plan design and implementation, trained staff and students on utilization of all technologies currently available to school, maintained and updated school website, created and produced news and special segments to be televised on the closed circuit Channel 52 with student talent and crews.

Researched, developed, and deployed technical, managerial, and instructional strategies to improve corporate/departmental operations and customer service. Managed daily service ordering activities of provisioning department and developed a database solution for improving order flow and response time. Identified and performed training and re- training needs for provisioning and customer service.

Developed, administered, and instructed multiple phases of academic and technical curriculum for Adult Education program consisting of literacy, GED, and job training skills. Maintained attendance/exam records, ROI, and JTPA reports. Contributed in grant writing process. Presented program strategies at local and national conferences.
