• Manage multiple advertising campaigns with media partners both nationally and internationallywhile assisting the Creative department with the rollout of advertising plans• Coordinate and execute local events in markets - focusing on club-to-fan experiences and club-to-stakeholder experiences• Manage $500K annual budget with full accountability for performance against immediate andlong-range club objectives• Manage the all talent collaborations and relationships. Working with both macro- and micro-influencers. (Chip the Ripper, Kid Cudi, Don Toliver, Kali Uchis, Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland,Montana Love, Dolph Ziggler, Halle Berry, Steve Harvey, Stipe Moicic, and more).• Partner with creative team, BU, customer insights team, and fan research to deliver the rightmessage, to the right fan, at the right time• Work with the Content and Production team on creating unique and engaging stories that positivelyadvance the Cleveland Browns brand, attracts strategic partners, and expand our fan base • Work with the Fan Experience and Events team to develop the promotional calendar for theseason and all media plans, activity plans, and strategies• Work with the Digital and Social Media team on lead generation strategies and performancemarketing strategies• Work alongside Business Analytics with the goal of building 360-degree profiles of our fans andcreating 1:1 fan connections and experiences• Closely monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics as well as provide informedand timely recommendations and effective decision making• Collaborate closely with and leverage ticket sales, partnership sales, business analytics, arenaoperations as well as others within the senior leadership team• A key contributor amongst the senior leadership marketing team
