• Wrote, produced and placed several advertisements for the Passenger Education Campaign

• Developed and implemented marketing and communication strategies for concession groups to position myk and assist with the transition and acquisition of myki
• Managed the development and implementation of all direct marketing campaigns to key concession groups (eg direct mail to students and seniors)
• Managed on-line content for concession groups on myki.com.au, including developing responses that came via the myki website

• Managed the Police Station construction program – 88 out of 136 police stations were officially opened – this involved event and media management
