I am an executive, leadership & communication coach committed to helping all my clients grow their personal courage so they are living and leading from a place of strength, compassion and confidence. It takes a lot of courage to enter into any kind of personal coaching such as this because you have to start by taking a good hard look at yourself and your own behaviors. The best of intentions sometimes don't lead to the outcomes we are hoping for due in part to our own actions and reactions. I help clients turn that around so they become fully aware of what they need to do to get the outcomes they truly want. My expertise is in collaborative leadership, work-life balancing, boundary setting and courageous communication. Some of my current clients include leaders in U.S. government departments and agencies, technology companies, non-profit organizations, legal services, and small businesses. Past clients include leaders from CA State government, universities, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, banking and biopharmaceuticals. I take a strengths based and positive psychology approach to coaching and supporting leaders to increase their self-awareness, change their self-limiting beliefs and up-level their communication skills so they increase their ability to thrive, influence and empower others, and achieve their goals. I have a specialty in helping others show up with more confidence, courage and resilience. Coaching is not advice giving.
