Promoting the HR profession by demonstrating the HR department as a profit center. VisionBuild a forward-thinking team to transform and modernize HR practices to deliver strategic resources to members.Membership is FREE, and the benefits are invaluable thanks to ExperINS. We have regularly scheduled lunch meetings.Each meeting begins with a great speaker discussing topics relevant to us as HR professionals and leaders. After the speaker's presentation, we politely ask the speaker to leave so we can begin our private and confidential meeting. It is a Q&A session led by member questions. There is always something new to be learned during these sessions.One of the significant benefits of our group is being able to use each other as a resource. Members can quickly respond emailed questions and share experience/expertise or may want to follow the discussion to learn more about the subject. Membership: All practicing HR professionals are eligible to become members. Membership is not open to HR vendors.Member Responsibilities:• Members agree to abide by confidentiality, mutual support, and respect. • Actively participate in bi-monthly meetings.
