• Provide entry level generalist support on a variety of human resources activities • Provide employee relations support and uses human resources theories and practices to provide guidance• Establish credibility and visibility with employees through regular interaction• Responsible for leading monthly Supervisor and Cell Lead meetings• Support recruiting/interviewing/testing and on-boarding of hourly and salaried employees • Coordinates accurate and timely administration of diverse, complex, and highly confidential information related to compensation, benefits, performance, and other areas of HR• Primary contacts are typically internal and on a professional, supervisory, or co-worker level• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards• Supports off-site HR Managers within the mother group and monitors facility headcount, evaluates overtime percentages, turnover data, and absenteeism • Handles medical insurance, and Leaves of Absence (LOA) • Manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to completion• Process various HR Information such as new hires, organization management, pay changes into the HRIS Systems• Maintain and audit system input to ensure high levels of accuracy• Responsible for Learning Solution (LSO) data entry for the entire plant facility• Coordinates salaried payroll, including running reports, making corrections to time reporting, handling employee issues or complaints, and escalating issues as necessary • Exercises discretion in matters of confidentiality
