• This role focuses heavily on recruitment, requiring me to be fully versed with relevant employment laws such as the Data Protection Act and the Equal Opportunities Act. I am continually refreshing my knowledge of.
• Ongoing development of recruitment skills and market knowledge
• Development and monitoring of selection and recruitment processes, employee vetting and recruitment data input
• Candidate interviewing and candidate care
• Selection of the most appropriate available recruitment sources to source the best candidates in accordance with business requirements and resources
• Monitoring of the recruitment budget to ensure this is spent in line with budget limits

• Act as first point of contact for all HR queries from contact centre employees including Management
• Booking relocation flights and accommodation where applicable
• Managing PMI list and notifying our provider of Leavers
• Helping to ensure compliance with local legislation, such as Maternity Leave, Sick Pay entitlement etc
• Liaising with official bodies regarding visa applications and requirements
• Dealing with all ETB documentation including work permits

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media (e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines)
• Meeting each locally based candidate, to grasp a better idea of what type of role they are looking for, and to gain an idea of their personality, to ensure that they fit into the companies I approach on their behalf
• Dealing with up to 20 live vacancies across the Finance sector, here in Gibraltar
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
• Arranging interviews for the right candidates, on behalf of clients

• Participates in the development of human resource policies that support achievement of the HR departments goals
• Assists in filling positions with qualified candidates on a timely basis
• Builds and maintains relationships with potential labour sources
• Works with managers to identify position requirements
• Recruits candidates that demonstrate a good fit with the Radisson Culture
• Encourages employees to explore new roles within the hotel through personal/professional development

• Shop floor management, people training and development, driving the business to maximise profit making opportunities, consumer and marketplace awareness
