In my current role as a Revenue Operations Analyst, I work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to help them improve their processes and infrastructure, driving revenue growth.

As a Strategy Associate, I managed processes such as software procurement and customer invoicing. I was also responsible for producing monthly and quarterly usage and financial reports for investors, customers, and senior management.

After finishing my degree, I transitioned into a full-time role providing actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders, and enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the company.

I began my career at BRYTER as an intern, a no-code software platform that automates and helps its users develop and build digital applications, where I supported the data team in delivering key insights to departments across the organisation.

During my internship at Encode Club, I supported the team in coordinating their community of university students, researchers, and developers focusing on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Part of my role included organising and executing the pre-accelerators and hackathons, as well as maintaining key relationships with university societies, ensuring active engagement and collaboration.

During my internship at Hands In, a payment service platform that allows groups to split the cost of online purchases with peers, I worked on the business development side. This included researching and designing detailed customer profiles to improve our understanding of our target audience. Furthermore, I established a campus ambassador program, which helped expand the platform's reach and engagement among university students.
