• Manage 200+ case files for personal injury attorneys.• Coordinate new client and current client meetings with attorneys or the preferred person.• Handle requesting medical records, as well as reviewing medical records for the related case.• Communicate with third party entities, such as: insurance companies, health insurance providers, and medical facilities.• Prepare and oversee settlement demands.

•Draft and review legal proceedings.•File legal proceedings with State and Federal courts.•Coordinate and manage attorneys consultations.•Communicate with clients for information pertaining to pleading documents. •Keep client files organized within the preferred private cloud system

•Manage files for the criminal defense attorney•Request discoveries for superior court files from the District Attorney’s office•Draft court documents, such as: entry of general appearance, certificate in lien, etc.•Send court date letters, payment receipts, and other information pertaining to clients •Coordinate and manage all consultations
