I'm responsible for developing and overseeing predictive analytics projects supporting the Growth Analytics team.

Responsible for marketing analytics efforts supporting the Property and Casualty business. This includes A/B testing, descriptive and predictive modeling, and working with large data sets using Hortonworks Hive, SAS, and R. I'm also responsible for communicating the insights and results to business partners within the Property and Casualty business unit.

I am responsible for performance forecasting and optimization across all direct and indirect marketing channels in support of enterprise operational planning, from the campaign level up to aggregated performance by touchpoint and product. I provide insight to the enterprise planning committee to maximize marketing-attributable ROI, based on analysis and modeling of present and expected future performance. I also analyze and optimize member acquisition campaign performance, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

I leverage marketing databases and statistical analysis to evaluate and guide business decisions for the company regarding marketing optimization efforts and campaign analytics. My support allows USAA to optimize marketing ROI, focusing on the most profitable tactics while optimizing where necessary to reduce ineffective efforts.

I develop customer data analysis to support data-based decision making by other internal departments, leveraging a combined knowledge of SQL and R-based data science. These insights help HEB launch products, defend market share, identify customer needs, and build customer loyalty and engagement. I then develop and launch marketing campaigns to address these requirements, both through traditional marketing channels as well as through mobile/digital channels.

I am responsible for the targeting and execution of targeted marketing campaigns through traditional and mobile/digital channels. I also handle the post-campaign analysis, as well as providing miscellaneous analytic support for other internal departments.

I develop customised market growth strategies for automotive clients, based on external market trends and analysis, growth forecast models, and client core competancies and goals. I also manage multi-region growth consulting projects for clients, evaluating geographic expansion and new product development strategies.

Provide high-level strategic growth recommendations for clients based on thorough industry analysis and market forecast models.
