Always one to evangelize and advocate open thinking when it comes to 'Digital Experience Design', and having played a gamut of roles from being a 'Multimedia Designer' since 2004, to being an 'Enterprise UX Consultant' at the moment, my core passion has always remained the same - 'help resolve problems'!Having built high-performance enterprise teams from the ground up, and mentored numerous engineers and designers into becoming the elusive 'Unicorn', I am a strong hands-on UX craftsman who can churn out quick design ideas to prototypes, and at the same time enjoy being an articulative consultant/facilitator who can conduct a design thinking workshop and crack a complex business problem.Being at the extreme ends of 'hands-on expertise', 'thought-leadership' and 'team-building' simultaneously is my differentiating factor.
