With a total working experience of 18 years, He started his career with BPOs like IBM Daksh and Convergys. With a promotion in 2007 as an associate trainer he has been involved in core training delivery for both product and soft-skill communication.He has also had a chance to work with Education & Skill sector giants like NIIT, and NASSCOM certified TTT programs for PMKVY projects. He was certified as Master Trainer by both Convergys and NASSCOM.
