Having worked with the Shell Retail Network for over 15 years as a freelancer, I am now totally focused on Shell Retail since Feb 2016. Initially responsible for the deliMASTER programme, which has now become Jamie Oliver deli by Shell. I have also been involved with Welcome to Shell, Brand workshops, New Fuels training for the Forecourt Service Champions and was the lead facilitator for the Shell Go+ (Rewards program) Roadshow.It's great to be back!

Using a combination of Edward de Bono's Creative Thinking skills (De Bono Foundation (UK) practitioner) and Carl Jung's behavioural model to help the understanding of self and others. If you know why people say and behaviour in certain ways, you can build strategy's to deal with them.Clients include - Various Automotive (from Lexus to Skoda!), Shell Retail, Vodafone, Insurance and many others in between!I am delighted to have been awarded an interim contract with Jardine Motors Group. I will be part of the team rolling out the 'Customer Service' programme starting in August 2013.

Working with sales and senior executives from plc's to inmates at HMP's ... Lawson PRM offered solutions to various behavioural challenges that many organisations have. Covering the whole of the UK, plus some international with Shell Oil, I was the lead facilitator for the Advanced Selling workshops within the PMTDR (People Make The Difference Real) programme, which lasted two & half years, it was only scheduled for one year, however the feedback was so good, they extended the run!
