That's when I discovered the power of Learning & Development.Beginning with technical writing and document design, I moved toward designing and delivering outstanding on-site, facilitated learning. Soon, I began designing innovative approaches to asynchronous eLearning for clients in transportation, telecommunications, academia, and medicine. In an entrepreneurial venture, I created an innovative roadmap that shows L&D professionals how to evaluate and quantify the impact of their efforts.This led me to the even-faster-paced world of tech start-ups, where I joined Canadian food delivery pioneer SkipTheDishes, and helped evolve a fledgling group of trainers and experts into a cohesive team of L&D ninjas.
