I have over 19 years of experience in creating and facilitating learning experiences that enable the ELE community to upskill their capabilities and improve their performance.My specialties include designing and implementing learning experience platforms, managing large complex collaborations, leveraging technology to build scale communities, and doing more with less. I am passionate about continuous learning and have earned an iMBA in strategic leadership and management certificate from Coursera. I am also a co-founder of ELE Cares, a charity that is growing the movement of business leaders providing microinternships to improve conversational English skills globally.
