We are a group of engineers and teachers who have been associated with education sector from quite a long time. These many years we have experienced various kinds of students- straggler to mid to the super brilliant. But there is still one gap what we have observed. Lack of clarity on the concept. We have seen that if we can deliver modules combined with visuals and conduct activities on the content, it gives fast and concrete conceptualization. This means even the questions comes even tweaked - students are able to solve them easily. We are here combining technology with the education and implementing Blended Learning. Blended learning is a education program in which a student learns at least in part through online delivery of content and instruction with some element of student control over time, place, path or pace.While still attending a traditional classroom structure, face-to-face classroom methods are combined with computer-mediated activities.Learning-Lab is not only taking academic sessions, but this has been working closely with the students’ ups and downs in their everyday life. It gives a complete consultation which results in the students' self actualization which ultimately takes him towards a better future.
