My expertise spans e-learning development, mentoring, employee training, content strategy, and social media marketing.Expanding on this foundation, I’ve recently taken on a new challenge as Co-Founder and CEO of Bubo Defense, where we are pioneering the integration of AI Agent training and development within the workplace. Bubo Defense specializes in AIOps prototyping for AI Agent production readiness and extends powerful content management solutions to the U.S. Defense Industry, Public Sector, and Enterprise clients. Our work bridges the gap between technology and human performance, ensuring both people and AI are fully prepared to meet organizational challenges.I hold an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and have completed advanced studies in learning technology at the University of North Texas.
