As a Learning Success Coach at an online platform, I help children and families achieve their learning goals and overcome their challenges. I create personalized learning plans and strategies for each child, based on their strengths, needs, and goals, using a meta-learning destress method that enhances their motivation, confidence, and self-regulation.I collaborate with a team of other coaches and educators to share best practices and feedback, and to ensure the quality and consistency of the coaching services. I have developed skills in coaching and mentoring, elementary education, and social awareness through my work experience and education.
