I’m a learning and development practitioner and O.D. professional with a passion for helping others strengthen (or discover for the first time) the skills that help cultivate higher levels of performance. My experience has predominately focused on leadership development; empowering leaders to be more effective or influential in their role while strengthening their teams. As a strategic partner to both seasoned and early in career leaders, I have fun creating; developing; and implementing learning solutions and interventions that address skill gaps revealed from data metrics or from stakeholder interviews. I have a collaborative coaching style and my interventions incorporate important accountability measures that motivate learners to practice new skills.
