I divide my time and energy between three kinds of interventions:1) I coach CEO's and Senior Executives, covering both strategic business topics and interpersonnel dimensions, mostly for international companies, from the giant kind to the successful start up. I help mostly in crisis situations, trying to find the opportunity hidden in the storm. 2) I work with the top team of a specific firm, developing mindset and behaviors which will help them deliver on their strategy. In the most interesting cases, strategy, people, organization and culture are all at play. I help find a transformation path and make it happen. 3) I design and run high level immersive learning programs for leaders all over the world.
