As a Learning & Development Facilitator at Kane Learning, I play a pivotal role in partnering with clients to identify their learning and development needs and facilitate impactful training programs. I leverage my expertise in adult learning principles and organizational development and collaborate with clients and our internal team to deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive business results and foster engagement and retention. My key responsibilities include:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on learning and development matters. I also cllaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and training needs, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify organizational goals, performance gaps, and learning objectives. From there, I partner with an instructional designer to analyze existing training programs and materials to determine areas for improvement and alignment within organizational objectives.Content Development: Partner with an instructional designer to create compelling and relevant learning content, including presentations, guides, videos, and interactive activities, to support training initiatives.Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate workshops for people at all levels of an organization, both in-person and virtually. I utilize effective instructional techniques and adult learning principles to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.Evaluation and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development. I also continuously evaluate and enhance training methodologies, tools, and processes to drive innovation and excellence in learning delivery.

I facilitate leadership development through workshops, group coaching, learning labs, and cohort-format groups both in person and virtually. In addition, I work with the team and clients to research and develop customized leadership development content based on the needs of the client's organization to address identified talent management development areas.
