 Manage and directly supervise budget, personnel, and campers including 15 teachers, 12 city youth workers, and 100 campers (Early Childhood through Middle School) Coordinate camp functions and activities at multiple levels Knowledgeable of curriculum and instruction Manage business processes and evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Effectively manage and support personnel and campers Makes observations of program and work areas daily Continuously monitors documentation of meals, lesson plans, and weekly field trips Ensures state COMAR standards are met to ensure operations of camp is licensure compliant Coordinates transportation and locations for weekly field trips for staff and campers Manages program according to state and federal requirements. Recruits, hires, supervise, and evaluate program staff, in accordance with program requirements.  Makes public presentations regarding the program as appropriate.  Responds to program questions and concerns from the community and other interested parties.  Coordinates reporting and evaluation activities  Manages budget expenditures and budget expense records each month; prepares monthly budget reports
