Master'S Thesis Student
I have conducted my Master's Thesis at Positrigo AG Zürich, where I took part in the NEMA NU2-2018 Performance Analysis of their brain positron emission tomography prototype NeuroLF. I took part in the evaluation and comparison of NeuroLF's simulated performance to the performance of existing brain PET systems according to common standard protocols. To achieve this, I produced a python pipeline to automate tests for spatial resolution, sensitivity, count rate measures and image quality.Positrigo's vision is to provide an affordable and widely available diagnostic technique for neurodegenerative diseases by developing a brain PET system that offers functional brain imaging at a fraction of today’s cost.
