Z+F proudly supports TEDxMünchen & TEDxYouth@München. We develop creative concepts to utilize the power of ideas, fun and interaction to challenge the status quo. With the combination of main stage acts and the interactive festival we aspire intergenerational exchange that inspires not only our guests but also ourselves. The enabling association is "Wir kuratieren Zukunft e.V.".

CRITICAL FRIENDS offers a 6-month program, educating young talents to become changemakers. The program aligns with our mission to make the economy future-proof from the inside out. Our CHANGEMAKER ACADEMY focuses on empowering young employees in sustainability and transformation topics as well as personal growth in order to successfully drive change within their own companies. The 6-month program is built on highly qualified coaches and a close-knit network of young specialists.

At the cloud-based feedback provider, I deal with the design and content creation of the organization‘s social media approach (e.g. positioning the company, approaching new share holders, expanding concepts). Recently, we did an entire rebranding. I additionally support the KAM, which allows me to stay in contact with the day-to-day business.

Skinnovation is the first startup conference on skis. For Skinnovation 2023 an expected 500 startups, investors, innovative corporates and entrepreneurship enthusiasts meet up to ski together, attend talks and network. I take care of the 70 volunteers supporting the event. Including recruitment, task assignment, coordination and preparation.

TechLabs is a globally acting non-profit organization led by volunteers that builds and offers free cohort-based learning programs in technology skills. As part of the Partnerships Münster Team I acquire and retain long lasting partnerships with corporates in order to sustainably grow the TechLabs business.

My operational activities include systematic process development and ongoing support tasks. My Communication tasks involve the Management of a Community Engagement Project. An Ambassador Programm in specific. Additionally, I am hosting the biweekly team meeting focusing on skill sharing and team development.

Besides engaging in the Customer Service Department, my area of responsibility also included evaluating and compensating Tomorrow‘s Corporate Carbon Footprint. Resulting in Tomorrow being listed as a B-Corp Organization. My business development projects at Tomorrow focused on designing and executing two ambassador programs.
