Manage space allocation and BOMA Calculation reporting for 34 clinics and Methodist hospital, totaling 2.7 million square feet of healthcare property, and Architectural CAD updates for all clinics

Engineering & Maintenance

Supported Park Nicollet Project Managers and Interior Designers in the Engineering and Real Estate Offices through the following: - AutoCAD, SharePoint, InfoPath- Building of contracts and tracking of existing- Scheduling and planning in multiple areas- Creating and assisting with completion of Capital Project documentation- Tracking and reporting out on Capital Project funding- Processing changes in space allocation and BOMA Calc reporting- Environmental Care rounds for all departments encompassed on the hospital campus
