I have worked in insurance industry for 17 years and the majority of my job roles have mainly focused around * team appraisal and feedback* maintaining departmental KPIs* call monitoring and auditing of claims* planning and scheduling of workflow * 121s and staff development * raising and authorising payments* motivating the team* chairing team meetings and completing the agenda and minutes* reviewing processes and change those to suit business needs* staff recruitment* monitoring call flows and providing resource for call centres* personal development reviews I have a vast knowledge of claims handling and fantastic management skills. I have also worked as team manager development coach through the active manager program and successfully supported 6 managers towards their accreditation.In the last 4 years I have been a claims handler for a recovery department, recovering debt from insurance companies and keeping customers up to date on the progress.I have also started an apprenticeship in accounts and have supported the finance teams with administrative work regarding payments and incomes.
