Business Manager/Assistant Sales ManagerOversee all vehicle sales and financing aspects while focusing on customer relationships by providing personal, individual support to every customer.• Work closely with dealer principle, general manager, department heads and district reps to establish and monitor individual, departmental, and dealership wide sales goals• Utilize several different computer software programs to assist in selling products, recording data, processing forms, monitoring sales, tracking performance, and following through the customer process• Create and utilize reports to track key performance indicators and monitor financial goals such as sales, profitability, and product penetration• Manage, schedule and train sales consultants in two locations• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering product options specifically tailored to each customer to ensure that the customer’s needs are met while maximizing dealership opportunities• Maintain records for all financing, warranties, and additional products relating to the sales department• Develop and grow relationships with customers and business vendors• Coordinate fleet sales for multiple organizations and businesses including the City of Cincinnati and State Highway Patrol• Assist in organizing and conducting special events such as customer appreciation events, open houses, regional events and fund raisers including the Sonny Kim Memorial Ride, 9/11 Memorial Ride, MDA charity dinner, animal adoption drives and annual toy drive
