CurrentAssist the Board in the execution of fiscal responsibilities for issues related to university building infrastructure and land. Lead and facilitate enterprise-wide discussions and actions on capital development, capital improvement plans and budget requests, multi-year bonding plans, construction cost control guidelines, space management, bond issuance and debt capacity analysis. Act as lead contact with external entities relating to capital resource areas, such as the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Capital Review, the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting, and the Office of Auditor General. Serve on the Interagency Capital Council. Review and edit university board meeting executive summaries. Make presentations to Regents at formal and informal meetings. Research, review, and develop privatization opportunities and property development processes and procedures. Research and review university commercial paper program.
