Todd LeBlanc brings 20+ years of strategic and operational experience with a track record of delivering tangible business results and shareholder value. He has served as an advisor to Fortune 100 companies in management consulting, and in senior executive roles across multiple companies, countries, and functions. His expertise is business transformation and general management including growth strategy, sales productivity, margin expansion, supply chain optimization, operations turnarounds, and enterprise-level change management. Todd’s current role is Chief Strategy Officer at Martin Brower, a global $25+ billion end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions provider. Previously he held leadership positions in the US and abroad, most recently having responsibility for Martin Brower business operations in Europe, Canada, and Australia / New Zealand.Before joining Martin Brower, Todd worked for TreeHouse Foods, a manufacturer of private label food and beverage products. He started in Corporate Strategy before transitioning through a series of progressive operating roles with full P&L accountability. His post graduate school career began in consulting with McKinsey & Company where he served clients primarily in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. Earlier in his career Todd worked for the benefits consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson)Todd earned an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, in addition to a BA in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
